The easiest way to turn free training into useless training is to save it for later.
What happens now
Your training is attached to the email address you used.
Go to the student area and start the first lesson while the reason you signed up is still fresh.
If you already had an NRI account and used the same email address, the new training should sit alongside your existing access.
If you cannot see it after a few minutes, use the contact page. Do not register again under a different email unless you actually want two accounts to untangle later.
One practical thing
Keep the email.
It gives you a record of the training you joined and the address attached to your access. If it has not arrived, check spam, junk or promotions before assuming the internet has developed a personal grievance.
