The Identity Realm
Archetypes, self-concepts and the 13th archetype: the God Seed.
The Identity Realm is Realm 3 of the Nine Realms architecture.
It’s where we stop pretending people are “just” thoughts or behaviour – and look directly at who is living the life, running the pattern, holding the story.
Here we map identities, archetypes and roles with enough precision that you can finally see why some patterns won’t shift:
because, at some level, they are who someone believes they are.
What the Identity Realm actually is
Identity isn’t just “I am this” written on a sticky note.
It’s a stack of archetypes, roles, stories and positions that feels like “me” from the inside.
The Identity Realm is where we:
- map those archetypes and roles
- meet the parts that hold pain, power, shame, brilliance and potential
- and meet the 13th archetype – the God Seed – the pattern of you that sits beyond any single role.
Instead of trying to “reframe” identity with affirmations, we work with it as a living architecture that can evolve.
If this rings a bell
-
Clients say “I know I should do X,” but never act like that kind of person.
-
You see people sabotage themselves just when things start going well.
-
You feel different in different contexts, like you’re wearing entirely different selves.
-
You’ve done lots of work on beliefs and emotions, but some patterns feel “baked into who I am”.
-
You can feel something bigger in you trying to emerge, but your existing identity won’t let it through.
This Realm is designed to…
-
Make identity, archetypes and roles visible and workable.
-
Show you the architecture behind “I’m the kind of person who…”
-
Help you see which identities are protecting you and which are quietly caging you.
-
Introduce the God Seed – the 13th archetype beyond your current boxes.
-
Give you ways to evolve identity that are integrated, not chaotic self-smashing.
The Identity Realm is one of the four Realms inside Boundless Foundations.
Structure and Commitment
Identity work cannot be rushed without creating fragmentation.
Training in this Realm requires careful observation, reflection, and gradual reorganisation.
Structure includes:
- Structured lessons defining identity mechanics
- Archetypal mapping exercises
- Observation of identity activation in daily life
- Reorientation practices to loosen rigid patterns
Important:
This work often destabilises familiar self-concepts before new coherence emerges.
Lessons Include
- What Identity Architecture Actually Is
- Where Identity Architecture Begins
- The Universal Archetypes
- The Core Identity
- The Identity Stack
- The Shadow Architecture
- Identity Architecture and Reality
- Identity Shifts
- Constructing the Core Identity
- Integration: Living Your Identity Architecture
How this fits into the Nine Realms
The Identity Realm is Realm 3 in the architecture:
- Realm 1 – Practitioner: who you are when you sit with another human
- Realm 2 – Consciousness: how reality is built inside that human
- Realm 3 – Identity: which “self” is actually running that reality
Without this Realm, you end up:
- trying to solve identity problems with mindset hacks
- doing trauma work that never lands because the identity won’t allow a new story
- pushing against “self-sabotage” without seeing which part is protecting what
The Identity Realm also sets up later work in:
- the Healing Realm (Realm 5), where identities carry wounds
- the Liberation Realm (Realm 6), where identities are built by culture
- the Transformational Realm (Realm 8), where identities are redesigned
- the Potentiality Realm (Realm 9), where identity can act as a magical engine
This Realm is included in:
– Boundless Foundations (Realms 1–4)
– Boundless – The Nine Realms (Realms 1–9)

Who this Realm is for
The Identity Realm is for you if:
- You’re a practitioner who keeps seeing clients “snap back” to the same self after change work.
- You’re a coach or therapist who knows identity is the missing piece, but you’ve only had fragments of it.
- You’re someone who has reinvented yourself a few times and can feel a deeper shift trying to happen.
- You’re fascinated by archetypes but want something beyond the usual 12-type Pinterest diagrams.
It’s especially for the “in-between” people who feel:
- “There’s a version of me I can almost feel, but I don’t know how to become them without breaking everything.”
When identity doesn’t change, nothing really does.
You can change thoughts, feelings and habits.
If the underlying “who I am” stays the same, you’ll eventually get dragged back.
The Identity Realm is where you stop fighting your own self-structure and start evolving it on purpose.
