Realm Five · Professional Training

Sanomentology

A practitioner training for people who have discovered that insight, scripts and surface technique are sometimes nowhere near deep enough.

£3,497 in full or 12 × £299

Understanding the problem and reorganising the system that produces it are not always the same task.

When the conscious explanation is only part of the story

Every practitioner eventually meets the client who has already understood everything.

They know why they feel the way they do. They can describe the childhood pattern, identify the trigger, explain the trauma response and probably give you the correct psychological terminology for what is happening.

And yet it is still happening.

This is where surface explanation reaches its limit.

Sanomentology explores the deeper organisational processes involved in healing and change: subconscious communication, dream architecture, internal reorganisation, symbolic experience and the conditions under which the system can begin doing something different.

It was developed from decades of practical work rather than a desire to invent another therapeutic label.

For practitioners, the important question is not whether something sounds interesting. It is whether you can work with it responsibly, recognise what you are seeing, protect the person in front of you and know the boundaries of your role. That is why the training goes deeply into practice, ethics, safety and practitioner development as well as the methods themselves.

The Healing Realm

I built Sanomentology because I wanted a better answer to difficult cases.

The client who understands everything and still cannot change it. The trauma that does not need another dramatic excavation. The pain, fear or behaviour that makes perfect sense to one part of the person and no sense at all to another.

Sanomentology grew from decades of work with hypnosis, therapeutic change, the subconscious, consciousness, emotion, identity, symbolism and dream states. It became a complete practitioner methodology because isolated techniques were never enough for the range of human complexity that actually walks through a therapy-room door.

I regard this as some of the strongest therapeutic work I have ever developed. That does not mean I am asking you to worship it, and it certainly does not mean it replaces clinical judgement, medicine or appropriate referral. It means the training is deep, unusually broad, and built for practitioners who want to work beyond memorised scripts while remaining structured, ethical and careful.

The current practitioner manual alone runs to more than 700 pages and develops from the underlying consciousness model into Dream Architecture, Mind Mediation, Dreamscaping, Interactive Lucid Dreaming and a large body of named protocols and specialist applications.

The professional problem this training is built for

Sanomentology is most relevant when explanation and technique are no longer enough on their own.

The £3,497 decision makes sense only if you are looking for a substantial practitioner methodology, not a collection of personal healing audios or another folder of scripts.

01

The client understands but does not change

You need ways of working beyond conscious explanation while remaining careful about interpretation and scope.

02

You meet complex subconscious material

Dream architecture, symbolism, internal organisation and non-conscious processes need a framework rather than improvisation presented as intuition.

03

You want depth without reckless excavation

The training places safety, pacing, ethics and practitioner responsibility alongside the methods themselves.

04

You are tired of isolated techniques

Sanomentology is taught as a methodology that helps you decide what is happening and how to respond rather than merely supplying more interventions.

05

Your own state affects the work

Confidence, intent, assumptions and the need to produce a result can all enter the room. Practitioner development is therefore part of the training.

06

You want to inspect it before committing

The free practitioner preview exists so you can judge the depth, teaching style and structure before making a high-ticket decision.

If the Healing Realm is specifically the professional methodology you want, the standalone route is Sanomentology Practitioner Training. If you want professional integration across all Nine Realms as well, Boundless Practitioner is the wider route.

Have a look inside

Experience Sanomentology before you decide.

Sanomentology is difficult to understand from a list of techniques because the real work is in how the subconscious, imagery, meaning, safety and reorganisation are brought together. The preview lets you experience the training directly before deciding whether the professional pathway is right for you.

The menu shows the full course structure. Preview lessons are available to watch; the rest remain visible and locked so you can see the depth of the practitioner training. On mobile, use the Preview Lessons tab.

Dream Architecture

The practitioner creates the conditions. The client's system does the deeper work.

That idea sits at the heart of Sanomentology.

The model treats dream-like and deeply absorbed states as powerful communication environments across consciousness. The practitioner learns to shape the entry, stabilise the environment, reduce noise, guide the process and allow the client's own subconscious organisation to become part of the solution.

You are not there to impose your favourite interpretation on every symbol that appears. You are there to become a skilled Dream Architect: structured enough to guide, restrained enough not to get in the way.

The depth of the training

This is considerably more than one technique with a new name.

The training develops an entire working system, then keeps expanding it into different clinical and changework contexts.

DreamscapingStructured use of inner environments and subconscious imagery.
Interactive Lucid DreamingGuided work with responsive dream-like states and subconscious communication.
G.O.S.H. & T.I.M.E.Named protocols for working with deeper internal structure and change.
Resolute Pact & SchrödingerProcesses for resolution, internal agreement, possibility and change.
Identity workReckoning and Redemption, Shame, Identity Collapse, Identity Release & Rebirth, Unity and Awakening.
LAF, BAC UP & MYDASStructured models for belief, confidence, architecture and movement.
Bifrost & EnigmaFurther protocols developed as the system expands into more complex work.
Pain & chronic patternsDedicated material on pain, secondary gains, reframing and chronic conditions.
Addictions, fears & traumaSpecific sections covering addictions, fears and phobias, PTSD and trauma.
Sleep & emotional distressSleep retraining and work around anxiety, stress and depression.
Illness & healingMaterial exploring healing, consciousness regeneration and appropriate boundaries.
Further theoryReality, consciousness, Hermetic material and additional exploratory frameworks are explicitly presented as models where appropriate.

The manual runs to 727 pages and covers all of these areas in considerably more depth.

Why it feels different

The practitioner does not need to be the cleverest mind in the room.

That is quite liberating once you get used to it.

The training is built around a simple principle: the client's wider system often knows more about the origin, function and resolution of a pattern than the practitioner could infer from the outside.

Your job is therefore to learn the structure well enough to guide cleanly. You learn how the subconscious communicates, how dream processes are used within the model, how overload can disrupt the system, how to stay aligned and neutral, and how to create the conditions for resolution without forcing your explanation onto the client.

Sanomentology is deliberately open about the fact that some of its wider consciousness concepts are theoretical models. Practitioners are not required to adopt a belief system in order to learn and use the practical structure.

“There’s nothing remotely shallow about this structure — you get to see the contents of Martin’s mind in the training itself, as well as being part of a group of fellow therapists all on the same mission as you. You practise on each other, you can ask the collective for advice and insight, and you just keep learning constantly.”

When the work became personal

Two accounts that stayed with me.

“The training exceeded my expectations. I've participated in many therapies, tried MBSR and many other methods, underwent hypnosis, practised basic self-hypnosis, but I felt that this was not the depth I wanted to work on myself and offer to my future clients. Only Sanomentology answered my questions, even those I didn't ask. There is always room for improvement in courses, but the content and the sessions themselves in STD are the most important. And last but not least - your intention and authenticity. Thank you for the changing life perspective. And it is always nice to hear that there is a human on the other side, that's why I smiled when there was a ‘blah, blah, blah’ part in the Vibrations session :)”

What did you think of the training?

The Sanomentology training truly proved to be a game changer in my life. When I started, I was going through a major crisis. After nearly seven years of dedicated work, losing my job due to reorganization was a devastating blow that triggered grief and depression.

I was paralyzed by overwhelming shame, guilt, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome, which made even interviewing impossible—I would break down in tears. I needed a fast, effective solution, as traditional therapy seemed too slow. Sanomentology was my lifeline.

Already after the first session, I felt better and was able to start acting. The change was profound: I felt an enormous weight lifted, my mind cleared, and I became much calmer and stronger internally. I quickly found a new job, better than the previous one, in just three months.

The depth of these changes motivated me to train as a Sanomentologist, as I finally found a method that felt truly effective and not “shallow” compared to my previous therapy, coaching, and training courses. Sanomentology taught me to follow my intuition, helping me to see and work with my reality.

I am now effectively using the methods to minimize my ADHD symptoms, from general, constant anxiety to overcoming small, paralyzing fears, like retrieving registered mail.

Please describe any changes noticed in yourself as a result of the training

That's going to be a long story... 🙂 My journey with Sanomentology began during a major crisis I was going through. As a result of reorganization at work, I was laid off because my position was eliminated. This was a huge shock and blow to me because I was a very good employee, achieving "game changer" performance ratings. I was very identified with my company and often put work ahead of myself, my personal life, and my family.

After nearly 7 years of work, someone casually treated me like a line in an Excel spreadsheet and fired me without a blink. This was a tremendous blow; I felt as if someone had torn out my heart, destroyed my entire world, and collapsed my entire identity. I went through all the stages of grief; I was a wreck and depressed.

The last time I was on the job market as a job seeker was 15 years ago. Job search methods had changed, and the job market last year was very difficult with huge competition. I had to start looking for a new job even though I was completely unable to do so. Even when I managed to get an interview, I would botch it because I couldn't present myself, or would even start crying when someone asked me about my previous job.

I was overwhelmed by an inappropriate amount of shame and guilt over the firing, even though it was in no way my fault. On top of this, I suffered from a lack of self-confidence, self-belief, and imposter syndrome. All these reactions were so strong that they completely paralyzed me, and I felt I couldn't handle it alone; I needed support, I needed therapy.

At the same time, I was aware that traditional therapy would take a long time, and I needed a quick, immediate solution that would allow me to quickly act towards effectively finding a new job, because bills and the mortgage wouldn't pay themselves. But how can you act when you are constantly crying, lying down, and staring at one spot on the wall?

I no longer remember how I stumbled upon Agnieszka's - Martin's wife and student - course. Probably, one of her posts about shame or guilt popped up. I listened to her webinar and thought this might be my lifeline. Her target was entrepreneurs, but I adapted the intention toward job searching.

I defined what kind of job I wanted and how much I wanted to earn. I set a high financial bar, one that made me tremble just thinking that I would dare to ask for such an amount, but I considered it realistic. I felt better after just the first session. I couldn't put into words what had changed, but I felt that a shift was happening. I was able to start acting. I stated my financial expectations without fear or a trembling voice.

Some of the interviews I had were still early in the process, and I didn't feel strong yet, but the last one was at a point where I could present myself fully, and I got the job. It was incredible because most people in Poland currently look for a job for about 8 months. I found one in 3 months, so I had no break in employment. My contract with the old company expired on March 31st, and on April 1st, I started my new job.

I received a slightly lower amount than I expected, but still significantly higher than in my previous job, so I made financial progress. The slightly lower amount wasn't a problem for me because I knew that I would quickly ensure a raise in the new job, and that's exactly what happened after a year.

The most important changes, however, were the internal ones that happened within me. I felt so light, as if a huge burden had been lifted; my mind cleared significantly, I became much calmer and internally stronger, and this wasn't only related to the fact that I found a job. The changes were profound. After some sessions, I genuinely felt tired for a few days; I knew something was happening. However, I wasn't able to say what or name my state in words.

These changes were so significant to me that I dreamed of becoming a Sanomentologist and helping others. I studied psychology, I am a trainer, a coach, and I have countless other training certifications, but all those methods always seemed shallow and bland to me. In Sanomentology, I found what I had always been looking for—real and fast help for myself and the belief that I can genuinely help others.

That's why I bought the course from Martin. And it opened up new possibilities for me, which still amaze me to this day.. I knew I wouldn't be able to complete it immediately because I was starting a new job, but I knew the right moment would come, and I would do it. I started the course in December.

I set my intention to be sure that I would finish it, obtain the certificate, and become a practicing Sanomentologist. This was important to me because I know myself and know that I often don't finish courses I start.

I don't take final exams because of the fear of failing them. I don't practice because I'm afraid I might hurt someone due to my lack of experience. Without such an intention, I would not have reached the end, I would have burned out after about 75%, so the mere fact that I reached the end is already the first result of the course for me.

However, the biggest and completely unexpected result is that I realized something very important: I have ADHD. I finally saw reality as it is, so I could work with it. For 42 years, I lived in unawareness of this disorder. A disorder that affects every aspect of my daily functioning, of which I was completely unaware.

How did I discover this? A spontaneous thought arose in me: "I'll go to the shopping mall to buy a blouse". I went in, but instead of looking for clothes, I instinctively went to the bookstore, went to the self-development section, and started browsing all the books on ADHD with the intention of buying one for my daughter, who is suspected of having ADHD. I bought 2 books and started reading them at home.

When I started reading, I quickly realized that these books were 100% about me. This was an amazing discovery because finally, all the difficulties I had struggled with for years gained a common denominator, and it was a very liberating discovery.

I know this is the effect of Sanomentology—I didn't end up in that store by accident; I followed my intuition; I know that my unconscious mind helped me see it this way, and this is a true game changer in my life. I stopped distorting reality; I stopped being blind to many things that were happening in my life.

Now I use Sanomentology to minimize ADHD symptoms with very good results. This ranges from general things like neutralizing constant anxiety to small ones like overcoming the paralyzing fear of picking up registered mail from the post office.

This, in turn, led me to the point where I now know exactly who and how I want to help as a Sanomentologist. I want to help people with ADHD so they can stop paying the daily "ADHD tax". I haven't started practicing on others yet; I am aware of that. But I already have a very concrete plan of action. I am currently focusing on preparing my offer to acquire my first clients and achieve the first success stories that will allow me to reach a wider audience.

Professional responsibility

Depth without recklessness.

A powerful method is only useful in the hands of somebody who knows where its boundaries are.

The training includes practitioner structure, clinical judgement, scope, safety and the responsibility to refer where appropriate. Sanomentology does not replace medical, psychiatric, psychological or emergency care, and the practitioner is never excused from local law, professional requirements or common sense.
