1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of ninerealmsinstitute.com, the Nine Realms Institute student area, free training, paid courses, digital programmes, downloads, recordings, email sequences and related online materials.

By using this website, creating an account, registering for free training, purchasing a programme, accessing the student area or using Nine Realms Institute content, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or access the materials.

3. Nature of the work

Nine Realms Institute provides educational, reflective, personal-development and practitioner-training materials.

Courses, recordings, written materials, guided sessions and digital content do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice or a substitute for appropriate regulated professional support.

Nothing on the website or inside the programmes is a promise or guarantee of a particular personal, emotional, psychological, physical, relational, financial, spiritual or professional outcome.

You remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, decisions and actions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access paid Nine Realms Institute programmes unless a specific product clearly states otherwise.

By purchasing, registering or creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the website and materials lawfully.

5. Account access and the student area

When you purchase or register for certain programmes, you may receive access to a private student area.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must not share your login details or student access with another person.
• You must not share private course links, downloads, recordings or materials.
• You must not resell, distribute, copy or publish student-area content.

We may suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe access has been shared, misused, copied, resold, distributed, used unlawfully or used in breach of these Terms.

6. Free training and free previews

Nine Realms Institute may provide free training, previews, recordings or other free digital material.

Availability, duration and access conditions may vary. Free material may be changed, withdrawn or replaced over time.

Access to free material does not create an entitlement to paid programmes, discounts, certification, professional-use rights, personal support or future offers unless that is expressly stated.

7. Paid digital programmes

Paid programmes may include online lessons, recordings, written materials, guided sessions, downloads, student-area access, certification, professional rights, support or other digital resources depending on the programme purchased.

The exact contents of each programme are those described on the relevant programme and enrolment pages at the time of purchase.

Programme materials may be improved, corrected, reorganised or technically migrated over time provided the core access purchased remains substantially available.

8. Personal Editions and Practitioner Editions

Nine Realms Institute distinguishes between Personal and Practitioner editions.

Personal Editions are for personal study, reflection and self-work. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not include practitioner certification, professional-use rights, client-use rights, individual feedback or personal practitioner support.

Practitioner Editions include the professional-use pathway and permissions described on the relevant programme page. Those rights remain subject to your competence, existing qualifications where relevant, ethical responsibilities, local law and scope of practice.

Professional-use rights do not make a person a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor or other regulated professional where those roles require separate qualifications, registration or licensing.

9. Certification

Where certification is offered, it confirms completion of the relevant Nine Realms Institute training and any associated completion requirements.

Certification applies only to the relevant NRI training and methods. It does not create a regulated professional licence or authorise activity prohibited by law or outside your competence.

10. Programme access periods

Access periods vary by product. A programme may provide continuing access, fixed-term access, limited-time access, cohort-based access or another period stated on the programme or enrolment page.

Where a specific access period or entitlement is promised at purchase, that promise applies to that purchase.

We do not guarantee that a particular website platform, plugin, hosting provider or delivery technology will remain unchanged indefinitely. Where technically necessary, material may be moved to another delivery system.

11. Payments

Prices and available payment options are shown on the relevant enrolment page.

Payment must be completed or an agreed payment plan entered into before access is granted, unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for being authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Payments may be handled by third-party processors. Nine Realms Institute does not store full payment-card details on its website.

12. Instalment plans

Where instalments are offered, the instalment plan is an alternative way of paying for the same programme rather than a month-to-month subscription that can simply be abandoned after access has been granted.

The number of instalments, amount of each instalment and total payable are shown on the relevant enrolment page.

Any cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Currency, taxes and fees

Prices may be shown in GBP or another stated currency.

You are responsible for currency-conversion charges, bank charges, card fees, local taxes, VAT, sales tax or other charges that may apply in your location unless those charges are already included or clearly stated at checkout.

14. Digital content, immediate access and cancellation rights

Many Nine Realms Institute products are digital products supplied online and may become available immediately after purchase.

Where applicable law provides a cancellation period, that right may be affected once digital content has been supplied or access has begun, particularly where you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the effect this may have on cancellation rights.

This does not affect legal rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied.

15. Refunds

Because digital content may be supplied immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been granted unless the relevant programme page states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.

Refunds are not normally available simply because you changed your mind after receiving access, did not complete the programme, did not use your access, expected a different outcome or later decided the material was not right for you.

16. Intellectual property

All Nine Realms Institute content is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This includes course videos, audio recordings, guided sessions, lessons, PDFs, books, workbooks, downloads, diagrams, frameworks, method names, programme names, email content, website copy, student-area material and visual branding.

Unless professional-use rights are expressly granted, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own private learning.

You must not copy, reproduce, publish, resell, upload, distribute, licence, commercially exploit, train others from or create derivative products from NRI materials without written permission.

17. Professional use of NRI materials

Purchasing or completing a Personal Edition does not permit you to teach, facilitate, certify others, use NRI material professionally with clients or represent yourself as professionally trained in that material.

Where Practitioner training expressly grants professional-use rights, those rights apply only to the relevant material and remain subject to your competence, scope, ethical responsibilities and local law.

18. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website, student area or materials in a way that:

• breaks the law;
• infringes intellectual property;
• shares private access with others;
• attempts to scrape, extract or reproduce protected content;
• disrupts the website or student area;
• uploads malicious code or interferes with security;
• impersonates another person;
• harasses, abuses or threatens others;
• misrepresents a relationship with Nine Realms Institute; or
• uses the material for unethical, manipulative or harmful purposes.

Access may be restricted or removed where these Terms are breached.

19. Community spaces

If a programme includes a group, forum, comment area or community space, you agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly.

We may moderate content, restrict participation or remove members where behaviour is disruptive, hostile, unsafe, misleading, promotional, unethical or inconsistent with the purpose of the space.

20. Technology and access issues

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, internet problems, browsers, email delivery, payment processors, WordPress, plugins, video-hosting services or other third-party technology.

21. Email communication

When you register, create an account, purchase a product or request access, we may send emails needed to provide that registration, purchase, login, programme access, support or related account information.

Marketing emails can be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe option provided. Transactional or account-related emails may still be sent where necessary to provide the service you requested.

22. Testimonials and outcomes

Testimonials, case studies, student comments and examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee the same or similar results for another person.

Outcomes depend on many factors, including circumstances, choices, consistency, readiness, personal history and how the material is used.

23. Health, wellbeing and personal responsibility

Some NRI materials invite reflection on stress, identity, beliefs, emotional patterns, unconscious material, health-related themes or personal change.

You are responsible for deciding whether material is appropriate for you. If something feels distressing, overwhelming or unsuitable, stop and seek appropriate support.

Do not use NRI material as a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

24. Working models, metaphysical material and open enquiry

Nine Realms Institute includes established psychological and biological material alongside working models, philosophical ideas, consciousness theories, spiritual traditions, metaphysical frameworks and areas of open enquiry.

Where something is theoretical, experiential, philosophical or unproven, it should not be treated as established scientific or clinical fact merely because it appears within an NRI programme.

25. Third-party links and platforms

The website and emails may link to third-party websites, payment processors, video platforms, email providers, analytics services, social-media sites or other services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or policies of third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

26. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nine Realms Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic loss arising from use of the website, programmes, materials, student area or digital content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

27. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or materials, infringement of intellectual property, unauthorised distribution of content or breach of these Terms.

28. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Changes do not retrospectively remove specific access or entitlements already expressly promised as part of an earlier purchase.

29. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

Disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
