A note from Martin

This work was created carefully, and released carefully.

I created the structure for this programme quite a long time ago. The biology was there. The emotional architecture was there. The guided processes were there. The framework made sense to me.

And then I sat on it. Not because I did not believe in it. I did. But because I am a man. I will never go through menopause in my own body, and I did not want to be another man explaining women’s bodies back to them.

Over time, more and more women asked for this work. Women struggling with the symptoms, yes, but also with the deeper feeling of not recognising themselves. The rage. The grief. The body changes. The sleep disruption. The loss of confidence. The sense that the old version of themselves was disappearing, and the new one had not yet fully arrived.

Eventually I realised that staying silent was not necessarily the more respectful choice. So I am not coming to this as a woman. I am coming to it with respect, with care, and with decades of work around the mind, body, identity, trauma, grief, belief, and the unconscious patterns that shape physical and emotional reality.
