I've missed teaching people in the same room.
So I'm doing it again.
It's been four years since I last taught Sanomentology in person. The training has developed considerably in that time, and I'm really looking forward to getting back into a room with people and teaching the latest version of Level 1.
In June, I'll be bringing together a group in Gdańsk for six days of Sanomentology Level 1. We'll have time to talk things through, see the methods in action, try the exercises and work through the questions that always come up when we're together.
I love those moments when somebody asks something I hadn't expected, or a demonstration takes us into a really interesting discussion. You don't always get those moments when you're studying alone.

The work itself
Every client gives you a different puzzle.
Knowing a technique is useful, of course. But what do you do when the person sitting opposite you doesn't respond as you expected? Or when the problem they've brought turns out to have very little to do with what they first told you?
That's where the thinking behind Sanomentology becomes so important. We'll spend time on the methods and the judgement involved in choosing and using them.
You'll learn the actual processes, with the established scripts and structure, and we'll explore how they fit together in real work.
Your six days
Plenty to get our teeth into.
Level 1 is a substantial course, and we're going to make full use of the time we have together. I'll be teaching, demonstrating and guiding exercises throughout the week.
Learning to work with people
Listening, practitioner readiness, rapport, ethical practice, boundaries and safety, along with the Consciousness Codex.
Working with the Unconscious
Mind Mediation, Inner Journey, Dreamscaping, Interactive Lucid Dreaming and Up the Dimensions.
Getting to know the processes
G.O.S.H., T.I.M.E. and the full Level 1 session structures, with demonstrations and practice.
Putting it all to use
Fears and phobias, pain, FreeSpa, YES weight management, sleep and stress, and deciding what might suit the person in front of you.

Sanomentology started with my own work, years before Nine Realms Institute became its home. I used to teach in person a great deal, and some of the best times were those when everybody was together, learning, practising, laughing and inevitably asking me to explain something again.
This will be a chance to do that again, with all the developments in the training since those earlier days.
Six days is a good stretch of time. Enough to become familiar with one another, settle into the work and have some proper conversations.

Your Level 1 certificate
And yes, you'll leave with your certificate.
We'll cover the complete Level 1 training over the six days, with demonstrations, practical exercises and time to make sure everyone is following the work.
At the end of the bootcamp, everyone who completes the training will receive their Sanomentology Level 1 certificate.
You will also have the full Level 1 online course to return to whenever you wish. That access begins as soon as your training fee has been paid in full, even if that's before the bootcamp.

The training will be delivered in English.
We'll be together for six full training days. The fee covers the in-person Level 1 training, your course materials, your certificate and access to the entire online Level 1 course when you've paid in full.
Travel and accommodation are up to you. I'll confirm the Gdańsk venue in good time.
Early bird booking price
£1,495 until midnight on 30 November 2026. From 1 December, the price is £1,695.
Full online Level 1 access starts as soon as your bootcamp fee is paid in full.
Please wait for the event confirmation before booking non-refundable travel. Deposits are non-refundable unless NRI cancels the event. If NRI cancels, all course payments will be refunded.
A few things you might be wondering
Questions and practicalities.
Can I join if I'm completely new to this?
Yes. Level 1 starts with the practitioner foundations, so you don't need to arrive with experience of hypnosis or another therapy.
What do I get at the end?
Everyone who completes the six-day Level 1 training receives a Sanomentology Level 1 certificate at the end of the bootcamp.
When do I get the online course?
As soon as the full course fee has been paid. You can start online before June if you've paid your full balance; a deposit alone does not unlock the course.
Where will the training take place?
In the Gdańsk area, in a room chosen to suit the final number of people attending. We'll confirm the venue to everyone in good time.
Are travel and accommodation included?
No. You'll arrange your own travel, accommodation and meals.
What if I pay the deposit and then can't attend?
The full booking and cancellation terms will be given before payment. Any deposit retained must be fair and permitted by law. If NRI cancels the bootcamp, all course payments will be refunded.
