These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of ninerealmsinstitute.com, the Nine Realms Institute student area, free trainings, paid courses, digital programmes, masterclasses, downloads, recordings, email sequences and related online materials.
By using this website, creating an account, registering for a free training, purchasing a programme, accessing the student area or using any Nine Realms Institute content, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or access our materials.

Nine Realms Institute provides educational, reflective and self-development materials.
Our courses, trainings, recordings, written materials, guided sessions and digital content are not medical treatment, diagnosis, counselling, financial advice, legal advice or a substitute for professional support.
You remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, decisions and actions. If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, emotional or psychological crisis, you should seek appropriate professional help immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access paid Nine Realms Institute programmes.
By purchasing, registering or creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the website and materials for lawful personal use only.
When you purchase or register for certain programmes, you may receive access to a private student area.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if we believe account access has been shared, misused, copied, resold, distributed, used unlawfully or used in breach of these Terms.
From time to time, Nine Realms Institute may offer free trainings, masterclasses, webinars or short courses.
Access to free trainings may be limited by time, availability, technical conditions, email delivery or the terms stated on the relevant registration page.
We may withdraw, amend or close free training access at any time.
Registering for a free training does not guarantee access to any paid programme, discount, certificate, personal support or future offer unless this is clearly stated.
Paid programmes may include online lessons, recordings, written materials, guided sessions, downloads, student area access, certificates, bonuses, email support or other digital resources, depending on the programme purchased.
The exact contents of each programme are described on the relevant sales or enrolment page at the time of purchase.
We may improve, update or reorganise programme materials over time, provided the core access purchased remains substantially available.
Access periods vary by product. Some programmes may provide lifetime access, fixed-term access, limited-time access, cohort-based access or time-sensitive access windows.
The access period for each product will be stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, confirmation email or student area.
Where no specific access period is stated, we may provide access for as long as the programme remains available and supported by Nine Realms Institute.
We do not guarantee that any digital programme, student area, download, platform or hosting environment will remain available indefinitely.

Payment must be completed before access is granted, unless we explicitly state otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

By purchasing a digital programme and accessing the student area, recordings, downloads or course materials, you understand that digital content may be made available to you immediately.
Where checkout terms, product pages or consent boxes state that access begins immediately and that cancellation or refund rights are limited once access begins, those terms form part of your agreement with us.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied.

Because our programmes are digital and access may be granted immediately, purchases may be non-refundable once access has begun, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
If a refund policy is offered for a specific programme, the conditions, time limits and process will be stated clearly on the sales page or checkout page.

Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after accessing the digital content, did not complete the programme, did not use your access, expected a different personal outcome, or decided the programme was not right for you after receiving access, unless a specific refund policy or applicable law says otherwise.
From time to time, we may offer discounts, bonuses, limited-time enrolment windows, early access, upgrade opportunities or special offers.
These offers may be time-limited, restricted to certain users, connected to a specific registration, or dependent on a particular link or access window.
We are not obliged to extend expired offers, repeat previous prices, honour expired links, or apply discounts retrospectively.
Some programmes may include an invitation to upgrade into a larger programme, such as Boundless or another Nine Realms Institute offer.
Upgrade offers may be limited by time, price, availability or eligibility.
An upgrade offer does not create an entitlement to future discounts, personal mentoring, certification, live support or access to other programmes unless clearly stated.

Purchasing or completing a Nine Realms Institute programme does not give you permission to teach, facilitate, practise, certify others, use protected methods with clients, represent yourself as trained by Nine Realms Institute, or use Nine Realms Institute intellectual property professionally unless this is expressly stated in the relevant programme terms.
Where certification is offered, the scope, boundaries and permitted use of that certification will be stated separately.

If a programme includes access to a group, forum, comment area or community space, you agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly.
We may moderate, remove content, restrict participation or remove members at our discretion.
