Read the book. Then decide whether Sanomentology is for you.
Sanomentology: The Architecture of Human Change explains the thinking behind the method, why formulation comes before intervention, and how I approach change with a real person rather than a label.

The thinking behind Sanomentology, in full.
I wrote this because Sanomentology is difficult to explain properly in a slogan. It grew from years of working with real people whose problems did not arrive neatly labelled or ready to fit a favourite technique.
The book lays out the architecture behind the method: consciousness, the unconscious mind, identity, emotion, meaning, formulation and the decisions a practitioner makes before choosing what to do.
You do not need to train with me to read it. Take the book, make up your own mind, and pass it on if you think somebody else would get something from it.
The practitioner training is there when you want it.
The book explains the reasoning. The training teaches the practitioner work itself, including formulation, selection, sequencing and the Sanomentology processes as they are taught.
