You do not need to write an essay. A few clear sentences are usually enough.
If your question is about a decision, relationship, recurring pattern or something happening in your life rather than NRI training itself, Ask the Council is probably the better place to take it.

I am happy to answer questions about NRI, the programmes, practitioner training and whether something appears to be a sensible fit. But an email exchange is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis support or an appropriate professional relationship.
