Healing Realm · Personal Programmes

This is not a collection of one-off audios.

It is a library of complete guided programmes, each built around a different area of life and each using a sequence of Healing Realm processes rather than one recording with an optimistic title.

13 complete programmes Lifetime access £297 one payment
Work through the relevant programme in sequence. Later, return to the parts you need. And if bedtime is when you can actually make space for it, press play, get comfortable and let yourself drift off.
What you are actually buying

A programme for the issue, not an audio for the symptom.

If you choose confidence, you do not get a single confidence recording. The Confidence Boost programme moves through Mind Mediation, Active Lucid Dream, BaCUp and Consciousness Regeneration.

If the issue is anxiety and depression, the sequence is much larger. If it is personal growth or manifestation, larger again.

That matters because real change rarely depends on hearing one clever suggestion once. A programme can prepare the state, approach the issue from more than one direction, strengthen different parts of the response and give the work time to settle.

Choose the programme that matches what is happening. Work through it. Repeat it where useful. Keep the whole library for the next thing life decides to throw at you.
How to use the library

There is a sequence for a reason.

The programmes reuse core Healing Realm processes where they belong. That is deliberate. The value is not pretending every file has a different name. It is using the right combination of processes around the issue you are working on.

01

Pick the programme

Start with the area that is actually active now: confidence, pain, fear, grief, weight, addiction, trauma, relationships, shame, growth or manifestation.

02

Follow the sequence

Use the lessons in order the first time instead of randomly hunting for the recording that sounds nicest.

03

Repeat what earns a repeat

Come back to individual processes when the same pattern reappears or when one part of the programme is especially useful.

04

Keep it

Lifetime access means the library can remain available as your circumstances change.

And yes, bedtime counts

You can let the programme continue while you sleep.

Start the session in bed, listen as you settle, and if you drift off, let yourself drift off. You do not have to lie there concentrating on every word or turn personal change into another task you have to perform correctly.

The programme can continue playing while you sleep, and you can return to it again on another night if you want to.

Do not use these sessions while driving, operating machinery or anywhere you need to remain alert.

So what is the £297 paying for?

A complete library of structured personal-change programmes.

You are not paying for a meditation album or a handful of generic recordings. You are buying lifetime access to thirteen programmes covering very different areas of life.

Use the programme that fits what is happening now. Work through it in sequence. Return to it later when useful. Then use a different programme when life presents a different problem.

An important boundary

Personal development support is not the same thing as medical or mental-health treatment.

The library includes programme titles relating to pain, autoimmune issues, anxiety and depression, addiction, PTSD and trauma. These are personal guided programmes and should not be treated as diagnosis, medical treatment or a replacement for appropriate professional care. Use qualified medical or mental-health support where that is what the situation requires.

The Audio Programmes are for your own personal use. They do not grant practitioner certification, client-use rights or professional-use rights.
