Realm Two · Personal Edition

The Consciousness Realm

If you want to change your life, it helps to have some idea what is producing the life you are currently experiencing.

Personal Edition — £97

The Consciousness Codex is a working model of consciousness. Use it as a map, test it against experience and keep enough scepticism to notice where the map is useful and where reality may still have other ideas.

The mind talks constantly. Consciousness is everything that notices it talking.

The part of you doing the experiencing

You spend your entire life inside consciousness, yet almost nobody teaches you how to examine it.

We are usually taught to think of the mind as thoughts: the endless commentary, memories, plans, worries, judgements and occasional arguments with people who are not even in the room.

But consciousness is much stranger than that.

You experience words and thoughts, certainly. You also experience the body, intuition, dreams, imagination, altered states, the strange moments when you know something without knowing quite how you know it, and those rare periods when the usual noise falls away and awareness itself seems larger than the story you normally call you.

The Consciousness Realm explores those territories systematically.

It gives you a map for distinguishing different forms and levels of experience, and for noticing how Reason, Will, Vision and coherence alter the way consciousness operates.

You do not have to accept somebody else's philosophy of consciousness. In fact, that would rather defeat the point. The invitation is to become better at observing your own.

The Consciousness Codex

Most change begins long before it becomes visible.

By the time something appears as behaviour, emotion or circumstance, quite a lot may already have happened underneath.

We often try to change life at the point where we can see it. We make a new rule, create a new routine, repeat a different sentence, set another goal or promise that Monday will be handled much more professionally than the previous seventeen Mondays.

Sometimes that works. Sometimes the visible behaviour is simply the final expression of a much larger internal system, and changing the last part of the chain leaves the rest untouched.

The Consciousness Realm gives you a model for looking underneath. It maps consciousness across six interacting dimensions and three wider layers, then explores what happens when those dimensions meet, cooperate, conflict and reorganise.

The aim is not to turn consciousness into a neat diagram and declare the mystery solved. It is to give you a more useful way to observe how meaning, thought, the body, the subconscious, intuition, intention and perception can combine to create the experience you call your life.

Why a map of consciousness matters in ordinary life

You do not need to be fascinated by consciousness as a philosophical subject to be affected by it every day.

The practical value appears when thought, intention, bodily response, subconscious expectation and perception stop behaving as though they are all the same thing.

01

Your thoughts repeat themselves

Thinking harder with the same layer of mind can produce more commentary without changing the system underneath it.

02

You consciously want one thing and do another

The gap between intention and behaviour becomes easier to examine when the conscious wish is not assumed to represent the entire system.

03

Intuition and fear sound similar

A wider map gives you more places to look before deciding that every strong internal signal is either wisdom or anxiety.

04

A new habit keeps snapping back

Visible behaviour may be the last part of a chain involving meaning, identity, subconscious expectation and physical state.

05

Your perception changes with your state

The same event can appear threatening, hopeful, pointless or possible depending on what the wider system is doing.

06

You want to observe rather than merely react

The Realm gives language for noticing different dimensions of experience without pretending that a diagram has solved consciousness.

The Consciousness Codex is therefore a working map. Its value is not that it makes the mystery disappear. It gives you more precision about which part of the system may actually need attention.

Three layers · six dimensions

The basic map.

The model begins by separating aspects of consciousness that we normally experience as one continuous blur.

Abstract Consciousness

Word & Thought

This is the level of meaning and thought: the abstract structures through which concepts form, language carries significance and mental possibility begins to take shape.

Word · Thought

Existential Consciousness

Physical & Subconscious

This is where consciousness becomes embodied and patterned: bodily state, sensation, learned response, memory, expectation, automatic behaviour and the deeper processes that do not require conscious permission.

Physical · Subconscious

Noumenal Consciousness

Alpha & Omega

This is the least easily reduced part of the model, concerned with intuition, possibility, direction and wider aspects of consciousness that are experienced more readily than they are explained.

Dimensional intersections

The interesting part is what happens between them.

A human being is rarely experiencing only one dimension at a time.

Your thoughts affect your body. Your body changes what you think. Language activates old subconscious patterns. Intuition arrives and Reason immediately demands paperwork. You make a conscious decision while another part of you quietly behaves as though nobody consulted it.

The Codex looks at the forces that emerge when dimensions interact. These are not extra compartments. They are outcomes of relationship within the system.

ReasonThe relationship between meaning and thought: how we organise, interpret and make sense of experience.
WillThe movement from internal direction towards action: what allows intention to become behaviour rather than remain an attractive idea.
VisionThe capacity to perceive possibility beyond the immediate state and form an internal relationship with what could exist.
RealityThe lived result of the wider system interacting: what is noticed, enacted, reinforced and experienced.

The Grid of Reality

At any moment, more than one version of your next step is available.

The Grid is the part of the Codex that looks at states, nodes and movement.

We tend to experience life as though the present state is simply reality. Yet our state changes what we notice, what actions become available, what meanings we assign, what risks we tolerate and which possibilities we can even imagine.

The Grid of Reality gives this a structure. Different configurations of consciousness create different states. Those states make some movements easier, others harder and some almost invisible.

Intention is the mechanism of movement within that model: the directional force that allows the system to begin reorganising around a different state.

This is where the Realm becomes practical. The question stops being merely “What do I want?” and becomes “What configuration of me is currently producing this state, and what would have to move for another state to become available?”

Inside the training

What you will explore.

The Consciousness Realm moves from the structure of the model into the mechanics of change and then into integration.

Synchronisation

The Realm begins with the model of consciousness as a synchronised system and introduces the six dimensions that form the Codex.

Abstract Consciousness

Word and Thought: meaning, language, concepts, mental representation and the way thought begins to organise experience.

Existential Consciousness

Physical and Subconscious: embodiment, automatic response, learned patterns and the parts of the system that often act before conscious explanation arrives.

Noumenal Consciousness

Alpha and Omega: intuition, direction, possibility and aspects of experience that sit at the edge of ordinary conscious description.

Reason, Will & Vision

How dimensional intersections produce some of the capacities we rely on every day when understanding, choosing and imagining.

The Grid of Reality

Nodes, states and shifts: a model for understanding how different configurations of consciousness affect the reality available to us.

Intention & Change

How direction enters the system and how shifts in consciousness can alter perception, behaviour, emotional experience and action.

Coherence & Integration

Bringing dimensions into greater alignment so that different parts of the system are no longer attempting mutually incompatible futures.

A working model, not a religion

You are allowed to question it.

The Consciousness Codex includes psychological ideas, lived observation, philosophical interpretation and theoretical extensions into areas where science does not currently provide a complete answer.

I do not need you to pretend every part has the same evidential status. It doesn't.

Use the model where it helps you see something more clearly. Test it against your own experience. Keep what proves useful. Question what does not. A map becomes dangerous when somebody starts insisting the paper is the territory.

Personal or professional?

The £97 edition is for your own life.

You receive the full relevant Consciousness Realm training as a self-directed Personal Edition.

You can use the ideas, exercises and model to understand your own experience, perception, patterns and change. The purchase does not include practitioner certification, professional-use rights or individual practitioner support.

If you want to use the Consciousness Realm as part of professional work with clients, that application sits inside Boundless Practitioner, where all Nine Realms are integrated as one professional pathway.

Realm Two

You live inside consciousness every day. You may as well get to know the place.

The point of the Codex is not to make consciousness less mysterious. I am not convinced that would even be desirable.

It is to make the mystery workable enough that you can notice how your own system is organising experience, recognise where different parts of you are pulling in different directions and begin changing from somewhere deeper than the visible symptom.
