Practitioner Training

Knowing more techniques does not necessarily make you better at helping people.

If you work with people, you already know the uncomfortable truth. A practitioner can collect an impressive number of certificates and still become completely lost when a real human being does something the script didn't mention.

Professional training at Nine Realms is about methods, certainly. It is also about judgement, self-awareness, responsibility, flexibility and the person using those methods.

The method matters. The person using it matters just as much.

For people who work with people

You already know that knowing a technique is not the same as knowing what to do with a human being.

Anyone can learn a process. The harder part begins when another person sits in front of you carrying thirty years of history, contradictory beliefs, fear, hope, defences, habits, relationships and a nervous system that has no intention whatsoever of following the tidy diagram in your training manual.

That is where practitioners discover the difference between performing a method and actually being able to work with change.

You need knowledge, obviously. But you also need judgement. You need to recognise what is happening beneath what is being said. You need enough confidence to act and enough humility to change direction. You need to know when to push, when to wait, when a client is ready and when they are merely trying to please you.

Most of all, you need a much bigger map of the human being than any single therapeutic method can provide.

The professional training at the Nine Realms Institute was built for precisely that problem. It develops the practitioner as well as the toolkit, because ultimately the quality of the work depends upon both.

The practitioner is part of the work

The technique is never the whole intervention.

Two practitioners can learn exactly the same method and get very different results.

One listens closely, remains steady when the client becomes emotional, notices what has changed, adapts when the expected response does not arrive and knows when they have reached the edge of their competence.

The other knows the script perfectly.

Ideally, of course, you want both technical knowledge and the ability to use it intelligently.

That is why professional work at Nine Realms begins with the practitioner rather than the intervention. What happens in you while you are working matters. Your confidence matters. Your assumptions matter. Your ability to distinguish intuition from wishful thinking matters. Your own unresolved material has an irritating habit of entering the room without booking an appointment.

I don't expect practitioners to be flawless. That would leave the profession rather understaffed. I do expect us to keep doing our own work.

Choose the professional route by the work you want to be able to do

There are two serious practitioner pathways here, and the cheaper one is not simply a smaller version of the expensive one.

The decision is about scope. Sanomentology is the specialist Healing Realm methodology. Boundless Practitioner includes Sanomentology and adds professional integration across the other eight Realms.

01

Choose Sanomentology when the Healing Realm is the work.

You want a specialist methodology for subconscious work, dream architecture, reorganisation, symbolic material, safety, ethics and practitioner development without taking on the complete Nine Realms professional system.

02

Choose Boundless when your client work keeps crossing Realms.

You regularly meet identity, emotion, conditioning, consciousness, healing, capacity and transformation in the same client work and want one professional map across them.

03

Choose neither when the work is only for you.

Personal Editions and Boundless Personal are the right routes for self-study. Professional rights and professional support are unnecessary if you are not using the material with clients.

04

Use the previews before making a serious purchase.

Sanomentology has a practitioner preview, and the individual Realms inside Boundless can be explored through the free-preview system before you commit.

Professional training is deliberately treated differently from self-study. Working with another person's healing, trauma, identity and emotional material carries responsibilities that do not disappear because a technique is interesting.

From people who trained with me

People have been training with me for years. Here is what some of them said afterwards.

These comments come from people who trained with me before the present Nine Realms practitioner pathway was built.

Paul Kay
Earlier Sanomentology training
“I cannot believe the value that Martin has packed into this Sanomentology course. One of the best decisions I have made taking this training. Martin is a very gifted trainer and a very original thinker.”
Seema Qadir
Earlier Sanomentology training
“After completing training in 2019 first time round, I keep going back for more! Training is eye-opening, exciting and well structured.”
Paula Pearson
Earlier practitioner training
“The best training ever and is suitable for anyone entering into the therapy providing world and equally for the already trained therapist. No questions left unanswered.”

Professional pathways

Two ways into practitioner training.

One is specialist. One is the whole system.

Healing Realm

Sanomentology Practitioner Training

£3,497

A complete professional training in the healing methodology developed within Realm Five, including subconscious work, dream architecture, healing and reorganisation, emotional material, safety, ethics and practitioner responsibility.

Complete Nine Realms Practitioner Pathway

Boundless Practitioner

£4,497

The full professional route through all Nine Realms. It includes Sanomentology, practitioner application across the wider Nine Realms work, professional-use rights and the support that belongs to the complete practitioner pathway.

Important distinction Buying individual Realms separately does not create the Boundless Practitioner pathway. Individual Realm purchases are self-directed Personal Editions. They do not include practitioner-use rights, certification, personal support or the professional integration supplied through Boundless Practitioner.

Sanomentology

The specialist healing pathway.

Sanomentology is not the £297 Healing Audio Sessions with a certificate added to the end.

The personal audios are designed for people using the work on themselves. Practitioner training has a different job entirely.

You are learning to work with another person's subconscious processes, emotional responses, dream architecture and healing material while remaining aware of safety, scope, boundaries, interpretation and your own influence on the work.

The dream state is treated here as an active process of organisation and integration rather than a puzzle book in which every cucumber means you secretly resent your mother.

The methodology asks practitioners to become comfortable working deeply without pretending certainty where certainty does not exist.

  • Subconscious communication and healing work
  • Dream Architecture and deeper processing
  • Emotion, trauma, integration and reorganisation
  • Practitioner state, boundaries, safety and ethics
  • Professional application rather than personal-only use

Boundless Practitioner

The whole Nine Realms system, professionally integrated.

Sanomentology is powerful specialist training. Boundless is for practitioners who want the larger map around it.

Clients do not arrive divided neatly into techniques. Identity affects emotion. Emotion affects behaviour. Beliefs interact with the subconscious. Social conditioning shapes what somebody thinks is possible. A healing issue can become an identity issue, then a relationship issue, then a question about meaning before you've had time to find the correct worksheet.

Boundless Practitioner brings the Nine Realms together as one professional system so you can understand more of what may be happening and choose your work accordingly.

It includes Sanomentology Practitioner Training, which is why the complete pathway is only £1,000 more than Sanomentology on its own. I want the choice to be about the scope of work you want, rather than making the complete system artificially unreachable.

Most importantly, this is where the Nine Realms move from personal study into practitioner application. The professional-use rights, practitioner integration and support apply because you are enrolled in Boundless Practitioner.

Serious study and professional workspace representing Boundless Practitioner

Inside Boundless Practitioner

The Nine Realms become one practitioner map.

The individual programmes can all be explored personally on their own. Their professional application belongs to Boundless Practitioner, where they are taught and integrated as part of a complete practitioner pathway.

01

Practitioner

Your operating system: intent, intuition, confidence, faith, rapport, alignment, self-work, client work and professional state.

02

Consciousness

A larger model for understanding Word, Thought, Physical, Subconscious, Alpha and Omega, and what happens when different dimensions conflict.

03

Identity

How identities, archetypes, shadow and situational selves affect the client's perception, choices and capacity for change.

04

Emotional

Emotion as information: tension, compression, flaccidity, coherence, resistance, subconscious imprints and meaning.

05

Healing

Sanomentology, subconscious processes, dream architecture, integration, healing work, safety and practitioner responsibility.

06

Liberation

Conditioning, belief, fear, power, culture and the forces shaping the client's world outside the consulting room.

07

Heroic

Courage, persistence, vulnerability, mastery, integrity and the point where insight must become lived action.

08

Transformational

Identity, emotion, behaviour, symbols, environment, relationships, coherence, probability and nonlinear change.

09

Potentiality

Working intelligently around ritual, synchronicity, manifestation, unusual experiences and ideas that remain open rather than settled.

Why I am making this distinction clearly: if you buy Realm Two, Realm Three or any other Realm separately as a Personal Edition, you are buying it for your own study and use. You are not buying the right to present yourself as trained professionally in that Realm, and there is no personal support package attached. The professional layer belongs to the complete Boundless Practitioner pathway.

Support and professional use

Why Boundless Practitioner is different from buying nine courses.

A collection of information is not the same thing as professional formation.

The individual Personal Editions exist so people can explore the work affordably in their own lives. I do not want to make somebody pay practitioner prices simply because they are curious about consciousness, identity or emotion.

Professional use changes the agreement. You are taking ideas and methods into work with somebody else. That introduces questions of judgement, integration, boundaries, responsibility and what happens when the client's experience refuses to follow the tidy example from lesson four.

That is why practitioner use and support sit within Boundless Practitioner rather than being automatically attached to separate Realm purchases.

Look before you commit

£3,497 and £4,497 are serious amounts of money.

You should be able to see how I teach before deciding.

Sanomentology has its own free preview. Boundless does not need an artificial one because the individual programmes inside it already have previews. Explore the material, watch me teach and see whether the way I work makes sense to you.

I would much rather you decide after seeing the training than enrol because I found a particularly persuasive button colour.

How I want practitioners to think

You do not have to believe everything I believe.

In fact, I would prefer that you didn't simply believe it because I said it.

The Nine Realms contains established knowledge, practical models developed through my work, philosophical ideas, observations, hypotheses and some questions for which I do not think we currently have adequate answers.

A practitioner needs to know the difference.

Curiosity matters. So does scepticism. Confidence is useful. Certainty can become dangerous rather quickly when another person's life is involved.

There are moments in practice when the most intelligent thing you can say internally is, “I don't know yet.”

That sentence leaves you capable of listening.

The practitioner I respect

Good practitioners remain interested in the person in front of them.

They listen. They notice. They adapt. They know what they know and retain enough humility to recognise what they don't.

They develop confidence without needing to become certain about everything. They keep doing their own work. They understand that methods matter and that the person applying them matters just as much.

After nearly forty years of working with people, I remain impressed by how complicated human beings are.

I think a good practitioner should be.
