The 12 Labours of Hercules are not mythology for entertainment. They are mirrors. Each beast, each trial reflects something real inside you — fear, chaos, vulnerability, emotional destruction, the need to cleanse, the loss of integrity.
Each week of this live Zoom training walks one labour. A 2–3 hour session with teaching, reflection and exercises — followed by a guided trance process that takes you through the labour at a subconscious level. Not understanding it intellectually. Walking it.

Plus an Orientation on Week 1 and Integration & Celebration on Week 13.
What the guided trance sessions actually do
Each week ends with a guided trance process. This is not meditation or relaxation. It bypasses the surface mind and works directly with your subconscious.
In the Lion session, you enter the cave. You meet your fear as a living thing. You wrestle it. You wear it as armour. The mythology becomes visceral and personal in a way that no intellectual understanding can replicate.
This is why the live training exists. The recorded version is inside Boundless. The live cohort — with Martin running the sessions on Zoom in real time, the shared arc of the group, the collective energy of thirteen weeks — is a different experience entirely.
Training details
Two identical sessions run each week — 10am and 5:30pm UK time. You are not locked into one slot. Attend whichever works for you each week — you can move between them freely as your schedule changes.
